i have never ever promoted on the lines of what you are saying and never would . ::) Will not be posting or replying to anyone on this site anymore. Anything on my first post is being talked all over the Country I suppose in your books we cannot talk about the French soccer player on him handling the ball for what shall we say he may not understand English very well Now I understand that there are no new posts on tallaghtsouthwest , From now on there are going to

With more and more jobs going down the tubes is there not a case to be made to stop the foreign nationals coming into to Ireland? Foreign nationals coming should have a job before they are allowed, I am by no means a raciest always got on very well with everyone, Question why are all the fast food stores are nearly all foreign workers, I walked into a food store and asked this very question but I did not get a satisfactory answer ::) There are a lot of workers in this country loosing jobs and in another while their homes. Surly our government's job is to try and do something positive for home owners? giving them a break for a year with arrears will do no good if the jobs are not there. A lot of business are using this recession to go abroad to start up again employing at slave labor wages are we forgetting that that most of them got big hand outs from the taxpayer to start in the first place in Ireland, I work in different housing estates every day and in a lot of homes, curtains are drawn all day with some times two or three cars parked outside blocking footpaths when you knock for one of the cars to be shifted there is no answer but you can hear them inside a lot of these people do not work even in the good times and they never intended to work How in Gods name can a government turn around and tell old people that they are not getting a Christmas bonus this year most of the old people cannot get by on one payment for Christmas ,If some one don't take the reins which is supposed to be driving this country very soon there will be a lot of angry people out on the streets country wide, The government is telling us that we as a nation are being paid to much child benefit is to high and what ever else, BUT they have forgetting that they kept their own arse's in power by this reckless bidding to stay in power, :-/ The taxi drivers are making a case that there are to many taxi drivers in this country this is another story, however I think that the same case can be made in other areas as well.

Hey ! after 6 weeks of the gym I got measured again. I have lost inches !!!! Yeah ok, inches from everywhere, 6 in total. An actual inch off my waist and the rest off my legs and arms. Still going to the gym and feel good after each workout.

Hey, I joined a gym a few weeks ago. A personal trainer too ! He said he does not believe in diets, eat sensibly and exercise and the weight shift etc etc. God, it makes a body feel good :P My dormant muscles are coming alive. I laughingly said he would not get my tummy back to anything "normal", he said he would. LOL, don't think so, too far gone I think. I am so enjoying it so far.

My daughter lost her purse which contained her bank card on Friday the 25th of September in Tallaght We gave up hope of ever of getting it back .That is where I was wrong because on Tuesday we got a phone call from a lady to say the purse had been found and would be posting it back, This kind lady did not give her name the only thing we think is that She works at Dublin airport. We would like very much to say a very big THANK YOU as acts like this are very rare despite every thing that you see and read about what is going on, There are some very decent honest people living amongst us. Once again a very big thank you.

Hey Frank, did not know you were havin troubles. Hope you are sorted now.
I have not visited here for some time as you may know. Other distractions. I have not been walking nor dieting since I last posted here. it SHOWS. My other half told me only the other day that I looked fine, Geez, was he in a good mood or had a few bevvies ? As a matter of fact we had been talking about how we age and how we ( me n him ) in particular were noticing our bodies slowing down. Being the wrong side of 50 is not funny. The mind says you can do it tho'.
I am sitting here eating "good" food. Radish, scotch egg, corned beef and a veggie made up Greek roll ( well a few of them on the plate ), all being dipped into a dish of Huomus, spelled that wrong !. My daughters friend is Greek and her Mum makes delicious nibbles, this nibble is wrapped in some sort of leaf and the filling is all veggie stuff. MMMM

Thou shall not worship any false image, I remember this from a long time ago . What if some one were to come along with a chainsaw and cut the top of it who would it look like then Madonna? It tells me one thing people have not learned a lot since the early years regarding this type of hype.
